Wonderful Bungalow 90 sqm. 2 Bedrooms with 4 simple beds + 1 airconditioning each bedroom. 2 Toilets. Washingmachine. Open fully furnished American kitchen. Furnace/gas. Diswasher. Private Pool 10 x 5m. Carport for 2 cars. Sandy beach 5 minutes by feet. Stone Beach 3 minutes. Garden with palm tree. Bungalow has been built in 2001.
At the same plot is our own Villa " Casa Lydia" in which we, the owners, live permanently and this has been built in 1988.
We are speaking: Dutch, Italian, English, German, French and Spanish.
The Guest making the booking of our property must be at least 18 years old.
The cost of Energy (gas, electricity, water) is Eur 15 per night and charged by me.
Mandatory: the linen Sheets for Eur 10 per person per stay and put on the beds which are ready to be used directly., charged by me.
Repeating the present instructions which are already present in the Instruction Section in case you missed them.
As soon as you check in you will pay the deposit of 250 Eur to us and it will be returned to you before your departure, if everything is in order.
The WIFI is free.
Only the end Cleaning is Included in the night price of your payment.
Mandatory: The linen sheets cost €10 per person per stay and will be placed on the beds, ready for immediate use. This fee will be charged separate by us upon arrival.
The cost of the Energy is € 15 per night (gas, electricity and water).
Towel packets for rent for € 20 per person, including beach and pool towels.
After 11 Pm, we kindly ask you not to use the pool and to avoid causing any disturbance or being too loud.
